With a robust background in interior design, facility management and business development within the decorative plumbing and hardware industry, Lu brings a wealth of experience. As a manufacture representative with Carr Company and Industry Partner representing Delta Faucet Company (Brizo/Delta/Peerless/Steamist/Kraus); Lu continues to foster collaborative partnerships with the design community, showroom associates, and manufacturers.

Lu holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Florida. Her tenure as an Operations Manager and her entrepreneurial experience with Alu Design Group & Axo-Teak Design Studio have endowed her with a unique perspective on design, project development and client relations.

As Community Ambassador, Lu is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to enhance ASID’s presence in South Florida, unite the community, foster industry relationships, and support the success of its members.
